Kiosks: TLF 100

With this solution, which supports customer services, user can both use the Kiosk application and also get support by the phone. With a small body that can be placed anywhere, TLF 100 is offered to meet the basic needs of voice customer services.

Remote controllable via Ethernet, the kiosk welcomes the customer and the customer listens to a voice message. Allowing for central update of these voice messages, this solution also enables line failure reporting to the center. As a separate sound file can be assigned for each key on TLF 100, system is able to remain in a strong interaction with the customer.

Adjusting to its location visually, design of the kiosk increases resistance against external effects. In addition to various handset and frame color options, it can also be designed with the client’s corporate colors.
