Europe's best performing e-government project: ASKIMATIK

Innova’s leading brand in the field of self-service kiosk solutions, Kiosk Innova, continues to launch internationally acclaimed projects. The payment kiosks produced for ASKI by Kiosk Innova have been awarded the Europe's best performing e-government project award in UK.

With its Kiosk Innova brand, Innova has notched up yet another success abroad. The ASKIMATIKs developed by Kiosk Innova for the Ankara Water and Sewerage Administration (ASKI) have been granted the ‘Best Performing E-Government Project’ award by the European Association for Self-Service (EAFS). With the award granted during ‘Kiosk London Expo 2011’ held in London on October 19th, Kiosk Innova has scored another major success in the international arena.

The award-winning kiosk named ASKIMATIK enables card-holding water subscribers in Ankara to pay 24/7 interruptedly and top-up water credit to their card counters. With the ASKIMATIKs put into service in early 2010, subscribers can easily top-up water credit to their card counters through the kiosk. Interestingly, most of the transactions through these kiosks that allow for water purchase out of working hours are performed after 6:00 p.m.
