At Abu Dhabi Airport, passengers connect to the Internet on Kiosk Innova screens!

The Abu Dhabi Airports Company has chosen Kiosk Innova for special-design screens through which passengers can connect to the Internet. At the airport, passengers now connect to the Internet with the security and comfort of Kiosk Innova.

The kiosks specially designed for the Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC) by Kiosk Innova, Innova’s leading brand in the self-service devices market, enable passengers to easily connect to the Internet while waiting for their flight. At the airport used by 12,400,000 people last year, passengers can now connect to the Internet and perform various transactions through the kiosks developed by Kiosk Innova while waiting for their flights.

Design, hardware and manufacturing all by Kiosk Innova, 35 smart kiosks operate 24/7 at the Abu Dhabi Airport. Specially designed by the Kiosk Innova engineers considering the needs of passengers, these kiosks also facilitate their use by disabled users with their ergonomic structure.

High security in enhanced design

Specially designed for ADAC by Kiosk Innova, the kiosks feature double antennas to strengthen the wireless connection. They have LCD screens designed particularly considering the disabled people so that the height can be adjusted to the height of each user. Earphone, microphone, USB port, barcode reader, Arabic - English metal keyboard, trackball and A4 laserjet printer are other features of these kiosks. During the waiting period, passengers are able to connect to the Internet through the kiosks and start conversations on Yahoo Messenger or MSN Messenger using the earphone or copy downloaded files on their USB devices. Refreshing every 15 minutes and deleting user information so that personal details are not stored, the kiosks also provide full security by installing a new operating system every hour.
